We offer free shipping for all the orders above $250.
5.) What is the processing and ship out time?
Most orders are shipped within 1-business day from the order date. Orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be intended to ship the same day; orders placed after 1:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
6.) What is the return, refund and warranty policy?
-> Merchandise, if found defective is valid for return or exchange within 7 days after delivery date and should be in its original condition
-> Please inspect the box(es) for signs of damage before opening your product. If you think there may be product damage, please take a photo of the unopened box. This will help prove that damage was the carrier's fault. Please retain original packaging until you have verified your product performs as expected in accordance with the warranty & policy.

-> You can download the order on RTPOS using the order number.
-> You need to create Cellbapu.com as the vendor in RTPOS. You will need your account number to create Cellbapu.com as the vendor.
