Do you offer free shipping? We offer free shipping for all the orders above $250. 5.) What is the processing and ship out time? Most orders are shipped within 1-business day from the order date. Orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be intended to ship the same day; orders placed after 1:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day. 6.) What is the return, refund and warranty policy? -> Merchandise, if found defective is valid for return or exchange within 7 days after delivery date and should be in its original condition -> Please inspect the box(es) for signs of damage before opening your product.
